What is your booking & cancellation policy?

Appointments 
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled.

Cancellations 
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full treatment cost.

Deposits 
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking and are deducted from your final treatment balance.

Failure to Attend 
If you do not attend your appointment for any reason, including illness on the day, the full treatment fee will be charged.

Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not in your best interests, where contraindications are present, or where policies have not been adhered to.

Age Requirement 
You must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments. Valid photographic ID may be requested.

Medical Disclosure 
You are responsible for providing full and accurate medical history information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or previous treatments may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.

Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Health & Safety
If it is deemed unsafe to proceed with treatment on the day of your appointment, the practitioner has the right to postpone or decline treatment.
